Final Fantasy VII REBIRTH (Remake Part 2)

Funny FF16 had the same problem earlier in release until they patch it. Yet both games use different engines. Must be an SquareEnix thing.

The ff16 demo was so bad for me I refuse to buy it until it comes to pc so I can fix the graphics

My new PS5 Slim arrived last night, so I played through the demo and had a blast. I spent way too long messing around with the piano mini game, I really wasn't expecting that level of depth with it.

I'm looking forward to the full game, I did pick up FF16 to play in the meantime but whether or not I'll stick it out is anyone's guess.

Going back to Remake, I've owned it since release day on PS4, and finally completed it last week...only took 4 years :p

What I would have liked to see included in the VR Simulator is the option to replay Bosses, I'd love to have another crack at Sephiroth after watching some techniques people use without having to go through a whole chapter... Never knew there were secret counters for like Reno and Rufus's dog.

Same, I only finished it last week after leaving it at the last set of bosses 18 months ago. Now on the last boss for the Yuffie DLC.

Will finish that this weekend, move onto part 2 of the demo before the release next week.

Think I did the demo wrong haha.

Basically took me less an hour, when I heard it could be like 5 hours if you wanted it to be.

The graphics aren't jarring like a lot of the internet would lead you to believe, but I can see where they're coming from, I think I'll knock it over to graphics mode.

The combat is absolutely stunning and challenging mind you, almost got owned by every encounter in that demo, except for the one VR mission I did (I think this is where the bulk of the demo is, could've done more there).

One week to go.

Torn on this. Really don't want to play with the console compromises but there is also very little chance that it will not get spoilt for me before the PC release.
No real solution I guess other than to accept it will be spoiled but at least I can enjoy the mini games one day.

I feel the Eurogamer review pretty much spoiled one of the biggest parts of the game already. Would avoid reading if you're bothered by such things.
