Seems they have updated the user agreement today link here.

I really hope they enforce the name thing. Don't want to see Game of Thrones characters or Cloud Lockheart or any stupid ass names like that.

Wow, even during the Open Beta I saw dozens of people with names that won't be permitted. Saying that I highly doubt it will be heavily enforced beyond player reports.

Have to say the number of Game of Thrones related names was a little gratuitous, do people have no imagination?

The early access key is emailed, did you purchase the game from the SE store? If so I would get on to their support if you haven't got the key from them yet.

Yeah I bought the CE direct from Square Enix.

If the key should've been sent out I'll email there support now.

I bought it tonight from the Square Enix website, the early access code was emailed to me about 20-30 minutes after I'd paid for the game.
