29/06/17 - Thursday - Medium Bench and Deadlifts
Bench went really well, most of the deadlifts went well except set 3 and 5 so that's good. I knew my sumo positioning was off because of my hip/knee but my partner took a video and I did not realise how much it has regressed and it really isn't surprising why I don't get any leg drive whatsoever atm. I just need to play around with my positioning again and get familiar in a new, better, position.
Medium Grip Bench Press

67.5kg x 2
72.5kg x 7x6
7 sets of 6 got tiring in set 6 and 7 but all reps were really good so happy days.
Sumo Deadlift

My positioning felt off but the pulls were really easy.

Not bad at all.

Felt harder after all the volume compared to last week but I'm pretty sure that's a volume/intensity pb.
Session done. Box squats and bench press tomorrow.
