Finally, a Northern meet thread.

Just got a new car (golf mk3), so I will come in that and its 2 days before my birthday, so should be fun :D

Edit: If theres a mini meet happening, I will try and make that as well, just give me some dates please :)

Will be nice to meet everyone!

hmmm, at a guess, i bought it new in september '07, so it was just over a year old when you bought it, so i'd guess at the very very most 10,000 actuations and that's being generous to be honest. Is it with any particular lens or anything, try cleaning the contacts on the lens mount and see if it happens, it definitely shouldn't be happening so soon (though i don't know how much you've used it lol).

FWIW, i never had any err99's on it.

Wez, next Sunday is the pistonheads meet at the dealership off the a64 near Ripon. I'm going to have a trip over there and check out the exotica that turns up.

Hey, I should be attending that. I may or may not be convoying with some people from mx5nutz, they're planning a longish run before arriving there.
