It's probably a good halfway point to the meet for a few especially those in Boro/Stockton, I say FEW to meet at mine then convoy up to the meet, ill text Kip02 (Chris) tonight and see if he's up for that.

I'll be in York for 3 nights and I may get a coach up and use Enterprise Compact Class as my transport as I don't need a car for the rest of the trip and I'm not sure how Mr Fez will cope with that kinda journey. I'd rather kill a rental Corsa than my lovely car

Well get this, If I book now with megabus the coach from London to York will cost £2 return!

I'd burn £50 notes in fuel and the car would probably need an oil change after that kind of journey so I'd say it was worth it when you consider the possible risk of epic failure caused by the Fiesta

The journey is no worse that going with national express but you can't have wi-fi or the other add on rubbish but for the price you can't complain.

looking at boro to london for £9 return for 2 of us, do the buses have toilets etc?

Most are very modern and have air con and toilets, it may be worth having a nose around the coach station to see what coaches they use as I have seen them use old double deckers from London Transport :/

Guys, unfortunately I have to pull out

One of the teachers who is taking a residential trip that weekend has had to pull out and I've been shunted in at the last minute in his place. Still, it's a PGL trip, so plenty of opportunity to be outside!

Im pulling the engine out of the Integra tomorrow so I doubt it'll be back in and run in for this, will probably have to give it a miss.

SeatCupra.Net are having a rolling road day in Leeds and I may be taking a friend out in York that afternoon so it looks like I'm busy, gutted :mad:

Hopefully the weather will be as good as it was this weekend though!
