Finally got it 3090

Just done some more testing. Its many under load that it drops fps if I'm stood still it holds. Once I start moving hard or using say a helicopter it drops 40-50 fps for a second and causes like a stutter/lag.

Why would an enthusiast with the best CPU and best GPU want to cut costs on a budget 750w psu?

It would be like driving a Ferari through an economy car wash to cut costs.

Well I drive a mclaren not a ferrari to start buddy. Also if you cared to read the thread you would see I didnt buy the psu for the gpu. I'm simply upgrading my 2080 super. Unsure where I've said this is a new build or that I've bought a 750 for the 3090?

Be interested to see your full WZ settings mate. I get nowhere near that on a 3080 maxed out, usually around 125-140 but can dip, I'm using a 3900X though so intel chips will give better fps usually a good 15-20 depending on the game.

When i am next on i will take a couple of screenshots of my settings for you if i remember!

Is it maybe a vsync or not in fullscreen issue or maybe fullscreen optimisation thing on the exe?

Is the ram using xmp in bios ok?

Also quick google showed this: https://www.ginx.tv/en/call-of-duty...rops-in-warzone-season-6-potential-fix-inside

How to fix the current frame drop issue
Though, if you’re looking to increase your frames right now, there is a way to fix the issue. All you need to do is reinstall an old driver that doesn’t contain Nvidia Reflex. Nvidia has a step-by-step process to roll back your drivers for this exact reason. You can follow their steps from their website or simply look below.

  1. Click Start
  2. Click Control Panel
  3. Click Performance and Maintenance and then System
  4. Select the Hardware Tab
  5. Click Device Manager
  6. Double-click on Display Adapters
  7. Double-click on your NVIDIA GPU
  8. Select the Driver Tab
  9. Click on Roll Back Driver
Something to note, the above process only works with Windows systems. Once that is done, your frames should return to where they were before Season 6 launched.

If unsure and not done the bios for ram before you can tell us what ram you have and if you show a screenshot of cpu-z of ur mem timings screen we can check if xmp or at least timings are correct but er check the driver potential fix above first see if that helps.

You can tell that nobody knows how computers work or PSU's work on this forum.

If you think a 750w is limited to 750w you are a moron. That PSU will peak much higher than 750.

ITS NOT THE PSU CAPACITY.

its probably the drivers as said, if it was psu it would reboot if it was too much load not cause fps drops so i agree with fx1 there.

Yep my model of 750W XFX chucked out 960W before going pop when it was reviewed when new! :p

You should have a PSU which is rated above your peak power draw for safety and reliability of course, but I dont see how this can be OP's issue.
