Mine is getting replaced on the 30th December.
Full replacement - brand new one. Can't complain at that. Got a call about 2 weeks ago confirming the details, then got a call last week from the delivery company - they will take the old one away and give me a brand new one.
Happy with that. It was around 5 years old anyway.
Cool - wonder if they'll replace mine too then? So far I've just had an email and a "we'll be in touch".
