No guarantees. However, Gigabyte have been among the nicer brands. There was a case a few years ago of someone wrecking their mobo with a watercooling leak and Gigabyte very kindly replaced it for him.

Cooler, they'll charge you for a new one, card... that'll cost you... a lot. Depends on damage.

Copper and nickel perform similarly. ONLY difference is looks, i was merely expressing my own opinion
