Food Hell

Honestly, can't say I do, I must have done surely though.

Then again not the biggest fan of leg and thigh, don't mind them but always been a bigger breast fan. In all walks of life to be fair.

As you said each to their own but imo chicken thighs are by far the best cut, stay more moist and have a bit more fat content for flavour.

Intact had chicken thighs last night, I marinade them with a dry rub and then lemon juice, cook them slow (ish) in the oven then gave with salad and usually wraps but rice last night.

If you can be bothered even better done on the BBQ.

Many years ago ordered a pepperoni pizza while we were staying in italy, The guy says "Ah ya sure thats waddaya want?" Which i thought was a bit weird, so the pizza turns up and its only got peppers on it. peppersonly! Turns out peperoni in italian means bell pepper. Mamma Mia!

Anyway the only thing i can think of at the moment is avacado, dont like the texture and it doent really tast of anything.

Few common things I hate.

Sweet potato
Pepper
Cellery.

One thing I don't like, but have managed to tolerate is uncooked onion. By uncooked I mean when you can taste the flavour, or it has crunch. Absolutely hate it. And really makes enjoying a lot of non home cooked foods difficult. Wish I liked it.

I'm sure I have special broccoli detecting glands in my mouth/nose, because if even the merest tiny sprig of the stuff makes it on to any plate of food I am about to consume, I can sense it immediately, and deal with the plate accordingly, by throwing it at a nearby wall.

Oh. I don't eat chicken and fish. Originally due to having chickens and loving the ocean. But I've not had it for so long, now I don't even like it.

I remember being offered crab sticks at a friends house, Ive no idea what it actually is but its certainly never been anywhere near a crab, It was like chewing on a rubber thats been soaked in some kind of rancid fish brine. He loved them though.

There was a video a while back, they are definitely not crab at all. Like a mix of random junk found in the net.

Crab sticks are generally made from surimi, which is processed white fish + sugar and some flavourings. Basically the seafood equivalent of hot dogs.
