I'm ready for the slap ! You lot know these things I don't - end off.

Plus you read stuff on websites and wonder if it's a load of pap like the Maximuscle website!!

Just use whole eggs and make sure you buy free range, don't bother with rip-off Omega-3 and Organic versions, they're just a license to print money.

I wouldn't bother with the old cheapo eggs either, they're crap. Free range all the way ;)

Egg yolks are NOT bad for you either, they're a superfood and extremely nutritious.... as long as you buy free-range.

Cheers mate won't bother shelling out the ££'s then. Can put those toward the next purchase on Myprotein!!

Lets be honest, about 3-6 months ago or so this guy was posting like "what is protein?" and "isn't creatine a steroid?" type posts. Now he's lifting record weights on some kind of super specialist Lat tower. My geuss would be he mistook pounds for kilos and embillished a bit and now he knows he cant keep up the pretence.

SK07- sure it wasnt intentional m8, but if you blurt numbers on the interweb, especially if they are high, you gotta be able to back them up. The bicep power required for the LAT pulldowns you listed is such that you would be putting significant bicep curl numbers and huge amounts of weighted chins too. It just doesn't sound realistic after less than a year of supplemented training.

Quite right, I read said post and there is just no way he is lat pulling 170kg. It's just not possible for someone his size, 170kg would be a struggle for a lot of the biggest guys I know let alone this guy!

He must likely has realized it was in lbs :p

Did back day today. Went through my deadlifts, close grip pull ups as usual, went onto the seated cable row and on pulling the weight my hands were tingling and feeling fuzzy like mad. Is this something to do with central nervous system adaptation? I've experienced it before but never as full on as this. Didn't stop me from performing the exercise in any way, just felt odd.

I'm thinking of getting one of those Captains of crush grippers, because my grip is a weak point when deadlifting.

Nah, I don't take anything pre workout. I definitely had a big pump in my forearms and biceps though, slightly more so than usual.

probably mild forearm strain, CoC grippers are great, but get the one BELOW what you think you can do (trust me!).

Build your forearms but in the meantime use straps to assist on the heaviest lifts. Im a long way from gripping 155kg barbell but i can deadlift it for a solid 5-6. Without straps id be stuck around 130kg

I've had this problem before Fusion, twice. I've never been able to completely diagnose what it is, but it never caused me problems for more than that single workout.

I thought you might be the first to reply :D

My brother uses an N.O. supp and I've tried it twice, but it's not done anything for me that I could discern.

What chong said, its BS. When will people learn that they can take all the supplements in the world, nothing will change without HARD WORK, that means no pussying around in the gym, no looking at ladies, you are there for one thing only and thats the GRIDIRON

Good quote:

The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk, get told that you’re a god or a total *******. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black.

I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds. – Henry Rollins.
