Yes the Mustang with see a track or two per year for sure, has to be done considering it has being designed by Ford as such. Performance pack comes with 380mm front disk and Brembo 6 pots along with uprated springs and roll bars, LSD etc, should be able to put in a pretty damn quick laptime and quite possible quicker than 911 no doubt.

When Ford did the handling and lap times they had a 991 C2S to compare it against, so it will be more than capable as stock it also has an aero package to.

Gotta love people buying sports cars with sports pack and never driving it Sports way. Its like people buying 4x4 range rover to buy groceries at tescos and never ever take one off road LOL.
I just cant understand their logic. Its like my mates at work ware like uuu u spend all that money on rebuild bet You gonna drive it slower now. Why would I do that

Now i can drive it even harder haha

Hi there

Got an email from Ford saying I'm on the list!

Then a few hours later also a phone call from my dealership saying head of Mustang UK had got in touch to say Mr Gibson is getting a car from the first batch in the UK and will have the first car at my dealership meaning my car will be 2015 registration.

Looks like a pretty clean launch. The only thing they start timing from when the light goes green is your reaction time, so if you're just testing and tuning it's not uncommon to just wait until you're ready to go.

Gearshifts are pretty stout as well, better than being subtle with it and missing a gear.

tatts i drive everything like i stole it. My mate ripped engine mount out on hes 9000 thousand mile focus RS on donington

blew intake manifold at 14 000 miles. Sold it gotten gtr cause RS was to fragile for him haha.
Atm I keep braking my 14 000 miles transit daily. Blown turbo on it but warranty covered it

And just got my DC2 back after i killed transmission on it

I just Race it. Break it. Fix it. Repeat.

Watch the acceleration when he goes 100% throttle at 150mph, it only takes 13s to hit 195mph. Very very fast! Adjust the limiter lets say 16s to hit 200mph, then let's say 10-13 seconds to do 0-150mph, sub 30s to go from 0-200mph, OMG insane! 30-100mph will be epic! Whilst remaining a perfectly drivable and reliable daily car with low low running cost.

I'd be interested towards the end of the year in a test drive, the standard spec is very good considering the price, I expected a lot of optional extras and quite a sparse base model.

Would be the eco boost model, the V8 is $10k more, then 25% higher fuel consumption and requires 98 Ron fuel which is 25% more than regular unleaded. I can't justify spending the extra for a bit more performance and noise.
