Watching the dots as I hit F5 is fun, as they move around on the envelope icon while loading.

I think the dot needs to be moved literally one pixel to the right. Or enlarged to the right by one pixel.
I only noticed as I was watching for any change of the icon. I didn't expect the dot to move.
The icons should really be switched. A closed letter for threads not read, and an opened letter for ones that have been read... seems odd in my mind as you haven't yet opened the thread to read the latest... also the white seems a little jarring and doesn't distinguish between read and not read that easily.
I checked this, and it turns out that's how it was previously!

Triggers me that the black dot isnt centred, and it's too small. I realise moving it 1px right it's still not centred, but making it bigger and moving it a bit solves it.
Just do this to change it from the one on the left to the one on the right:
- resize from 6x6 to 7x7
- position relative, left 1px, bottom 1px

Has anyone noticed the little heart on the more options button as well?

it's a down arrow, but I can sorta see a heart if I squint I guess lol.
personally I just want that button gone coz it doesn't contain more options, it's pointless.
the dot matters a lot coz I use the forums via having New Posts bookmarked, so scanning down the list for envelopes with dots is something I do many times per day.

It can't, it's centred based on the envelope icon - so it's technically correct but I agree it looks like it needs to go down.
