Free Shipping for Loyal Forum Members

Just curious, I bought a Samsung SpinPoint F4 EcoGreen 2TB about a year ago and got free delivery. I've bought a good few items since and got my free delivery on these.
Today I ordered a Samsung SpinPoint F3 1TB and was charged £7.25 for shipping.

Had another look at my order history and I see I bought one Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB and one Samsung SpinPoint F3 1TB in August 2011 and got free delivery.

Great service from OCUK but still curious.

OcUK only provide free shipping now to destinations within mainland UK only and excludes Highlands and Islands.

Yes, I used to get free shipping on most items and most arrived next day.

I didnt know it had changed.

Ordered pc on thursday with the next day delivery ticked, phoned up to ask why i havent got it yet, says i should get it tuesday morning yet still says its in the warehouse.

You should post in the Customer Service section of the forum.

Also if it's a PC that needs building:

Please allow 7 working days for your system to be built and configured. This may take longer during busier periods.

where it says the username of the person who posted the comment, it has their post count too.

Does this also apply to the DPD shipping or just for RoyalMail 2nd?... the item I am trying to buy only has special delivery option for rm... rest all are dpd options
