I have only just seen this! Missed out on so many free deliveries! Oh well. All linked up now so should be able to take advantage of this! My bank account wont be thanking me.

That's free delivery summed up. It is weird, if you have plenty of cash to spend or none at all, you feel like you still have to spend it. Remember to order through the website (no ordering via telephone/instant messaging, etc) because it only applies to the online basket as I found out on a couple GPUs where I was charged for delivery.
 
Any chance that N.I. loyal forum members could at least get free delivery on special deals?

Due to the high delivery charge, you have missed out on me ordering:

crucial M4 128GB
Samsung 830 128GB
And I would have bought a new GPU (the ones, which have been on special offers) but again haven't due to the delivery costing like £10, which IMO makes the deal kind of pointless then (unless it was a huge saving of £30+)

Granted the other places where I got the above were cheaper by a few pounds anyway, I would have rather ordered from here but the delivery on top just is too big of a price difference then.

I see that the MSI 7850 is on offer once again and would love to buy it, but the delivery costing about £10 puts me of. Have a budget of £100, but would be willing to stretch if it was worth it.
 
The price of £10 delivery to NI, is the same price as the UK Mainland. You are not paying any more. We have reduced the price, however providing it for free we cannot quite push for yet unfortunately.

Placed an order today but didn't get Free delivery, I have in the past but not the last couple of orders, I posted a web note but I was asked to post here.

Pretty sure I qualify with what I purchased.

Any chance this can be ammended and refunded please?

OcUK staff are more likely to see it in the Customer Service section of the forum and I'm not sure why they didn't deal with it from your WebNote.

Make a thread in CS with your order details.

Head your thread "FAO 5UB".

not sure if this has been changed but orders before 1pm on free delivery would arrive next day during the week wouldnt they ?

or am i getting it mixed up with something else.

I would imagine it depends on what you ordered. DPD will be next day, RM 1st class should be, but is not guaranteed.
 
can you please sort the add forums names out in accounts

i cant add mine as it is ~>Dg<~ just says i don't exist :p

im sure you may be losing sales for such a little mistake and should be easy to fix
 
If it doesn't work make a post in the customer service forum and we will have to do it manually. Have you not already got it set up?
 
Working on this, really want to get a SSD with christmas money if no-one gets me one, and a second HDD for videos. Would be nice to cut off the P&P so I can buy a better bit of kit:)
