Free Shipping for Loyal Forum Members

Love this feature, makes things worth paying for via OCUK, that and the CS is excellent!
Plus who does like paying £10 for shipping. Not me!

Log in to your account before putting it in your basket.

Nope, logged in, cleared basket, re-added them, and still shows the shipping. No hurry or anything, just reporting :-)

PS Scrach that! Just tried again, logged out explicitly and did it all over again, and it worked.

Ok so I decided to checkout using my previous method (paypal). I failed multiple times to do anything, I clicked the 'terms and condition' but 'checkout' would lead me back to the ... checkout page.
So I clicked 'change' payment option, (it was bizarelly now showing me the CC option, not paypal) re-selected paypal...
Then the next 'checkout' led me to the paypal login page... but that's it; no checkout... just paypal login.

I returned to the checkout page and tried again, and that time it worked...

PS: Do NOT send me 10 SSDs :-)

Not seeing any options to use my free delivery on an order anymore :(

Tried doing what PapaLazaru said, makes no difference for me - also tried 2 other computers and changing browsers so it must be something on the web site's side.

My last order was less than a week ago and I still qualified for free delivery then:

+1. I cannot see any option for Free Shipping also. Was working ok for me on the old site.

Got this in a message earlier today.

"The free shipping option is still valid however some customers are experiencing difficulties but we hope to get this sorted soon."

I was gonna buy a Switch for £15 and the free delivery option is for 2nd class Royal Mail, is that the norm now? Used to be 1st class.

I cannot find forums account, to enter my details within the new website.
I have used overclockers for over 6 years and only just thought to use this service.
Could anyone please help?

nowadays there is zero difference in service between 1st and 2nd class

Not in my experience, although I think a lot depends if you live in a city or a rural area.

Here in deepest darkest, wild and woolly Herefordshire, I can almost guarantee that 1st Class post will be delivered to me the day after posting, while 2nd Class will take an extra day.

Mind you, we do have a very good postman... or in our case a post lady! :)

I can't seem to find where on account page other than "Account Nickname ", which I assume is my forum name, which I've filled in.
I've submitted a webnote regarding this also.
