Free Shipping for Loyal Forum Members

:( i wish i was sent a email when i got 250 posts and qualified for this :( bought tonnes of stuff from OCUK and paid for shipping :'(

Okay so I was just about to order a pair of really cheap speakers, cheap keyboard and dead cheap mouse, then go to the delivery options. As I live in Northern Ireland I wasn't expecting the free option to appear, so can someone please explain why I see this? You guys really need to sort this out for loyal customers, I live in Northern Ireland, DPD see a difference in delivering here when most companies do not, so my option is buy elsewhere or spend a stack more having it delivered from you guys?

As far as i can see the free DPD delivery option is showing, so im not entirely sure what your question/problem is?

My problem is it won't deliver to Northern Ireland when you check the free box and proceed. What has changed, usually this option simply wasn't available, now it is and yet fails to progress, is there an error in the code?

Free shipping still doesn't apply for Ireland. I'm guessing the option is there because of a bug?

Well I've made 4 seperate orders on ocuk over the last 4 days. Due to a couple of **** ups that is though! But I'm very glad I didn't have to pay for next day delievery 4 seperate times

Anything to do with the characters in your username I wonder? Maybe it doesn't like characters that aren't letters and numbers in the username field.

Not sure what to tell you really, when I did it I just went on my account, then put in my username and password into the 'forums account' bit.

How come you haven't linked them before btw, 2006 is a long time to go without buying hardware, for me anyway!

getting "Sorry, but the payment process has failed. Response: (100) Timeout reading from socket " when ordering now :(

Not sure why - your details are fine and I've just put orders through on two cards, I've enabled logging for your account so if you try again I'll be able to see the messages between our site and the payment provider - sometimes their error messages aren't as clear as they could be so it helps to be sure what is going on.

If you try it again I'll be able to tell their support people exactly what was sent.

Wish I had known about this forum sooner, I've been a customer of the main website for years and I'm about to make another decent sized order this month. I guess I'll take advantage of this offer on the build after this one.

Made an order for some RAM and a HDD and got free delivery, many thanks for that. Absolutely fantastic service !!
