Im in the middle of placing an order for a new case, however when checking my basket or going to checkout the delivery charge is still showing up, my forum account details are linked to the shop site to enable free delivery. This has happened on several previous orders while on others the free shipping has shown on the checkout or basket.
Northern Ireland gets free Royal Mail 1st class, but not free DPD courier. Sadly First class is only for orders up to 1kg and under about £50.

Thanks for that Telescopi. As the order was for a lian li full tower case, that definitely rules out the 1kg limit and £50.00 price barrier.

All of my stuff arrived today as planned. The road was blocked at the guy couldn't drive up, so he unloaded 100m away then walked up with his trolley. Had to push a Fractal Design Case and corsair PSU up a 35' incline.
There was also a Seagate Hard Drive in there which I had not ordered. Phoned up the guys and they are arranging for a pick up on Monday. Damn me being honest and truthful

got some stuff i ordered in an oversized box this morning... I was hoping ocuk had given me some1's rig instead lol, it was the 2 titan everglades, mx518, creative fatal1ty and logitech Z323 though.
Ordered yet another system from them (i3 nom nom), this free delivery helps so much.
Bit ticked off about the lack of free DPD delivery to Northern Ireland. Doesn't cost me any more to send a big parcel to England than it does to send around NI, and i know that it doesn't cost people in England anymore to send stuff to NI.

Heh, get used to it mate, there is a very sad trend of people overcharging for shipping to N. Ireland from England, when the Royal mail charge the same amount for shipping anywhere in the UK (big time eBayer here so i know what im saying lol)
I once had a seller try to charge me more for shipping than the parts cost

I'd settle for First class free. Or a discount on delivery etc...
You get free first class, there are weight and value limitations on the service though (1kg and about £50)
Couriers don't have the same universal service obligation RM does so they charge more for crossing water, it's just how it is. You cannot compare courier with RM (and special delivery is an expensive premium service).
