Fuel up/down again

So with oil down $20 in the past 3 months to $87 will be see petrol prices fall as sharply? I doubt.

No, because oil is not down to $87.

West Texas Intermediate is down to $87 - but as this is delivered to Cushing, Oklahoma, it isn't an awful lot of use to us.

Our fuel is refined from Brent Crude.

Brent Crude is $110 at the moment - the spread between Brent and WTI is touching record highs.

im paying nothing at the moment :D well my last £300 worth has been free, i've been helping another department out at work towing stuff from site to site, so the supervisor has been buying my fuel receipts off me. lucky me :)

Buying your receipts? Is that so he can claim the full cost against his companies expenses?

So reputable isn't it, the security industry :p

The price of fuel is really getting beyond a joke now. I filled up yesterday and it was £1.39 a litre. Have some garages locally that charge £1.43 a litre for diesel. I can remember the protests when fuel broke the £1 a litre barrier, now it's almost 50% that again.

We're over a barrel though. The Government aren't going to reduce tax and we need to drive. It's depressing.

Meh :(

Now we are stuck with fake low interest rates and a bunch of people who would have their houses repossessed if they increased.

Fixed.

Fox was right. Its not our fault a bunch of idiots saw some emergency measures coming in and decided it would be the best time to mortgage houses they couldn't afford >.>
