Guys, I seem to have a problem with my Card.

In expertool no matter what I change fan speed to it's constantley running at 100%. Even if I exist expertool and look in PCWIZARD 2006, it's at 100%. I've tried using fixed and dynamic, but it will always stay at Dynamic 100%.

What do I do?

Tried uninstall-reinstall hasn't fixed the problem :(

mines on its way back to ocuk, couldnt get windows to boot no matter what i tried, even stripped my pc down to bare bones and it still wouldnt boot windows :(

Anyone found that it's not as quiet as originally thought?

This new card was totally silent for the first few days, now I can hear a small high-pitched sound after being on for a few hours. Kind of annoying, but livabel-with, as the performance has been good.
Anyone else hear -even a small amount- of noise from it? (It is meant to be *SILENT*..)!?

I got this when i last purchased a nvidia card, it was due to the sound card interfering with the nvidia card. The fix was using a different sound card.

you sure it is coming from that?
could be the chipset fan, unless it is passively cooled

Haven't got a chipset fan (K7T Turbo mobo) and... well, here's my complete setup...

AMD Athlon XP 2800+ with Zalman Flower Heatsink
(with 120mm Nexus Real Silent Fan)
2 x 512M (1 Gig) PC3200 / 400MHz RAM
Gainward 7800 GT 512MB | 20 pipes | 460/1350
Driver: XTreme-G 84.21.v2
Antec P180 dual chamber case (advanced super-mid tower)
19" Flat AOC Monitor
SB Audigy 2
2 x HD - total 280GB | 7200 rpm (sys 120Gb | Back 160Gb
Sony DRU-810A dual layer 16x DVD-RW
Winfast TV2000 Expert TV Card
Zalman 400W (silent) PSU
Thermaltake Hardcano 13 (Fan/Heat Monitor/Controller)
1 x 120mm Antec silent case fan
2 x 120mm Akasa Ultra Quiet Case Fans

as you can see... I'm quite into things being "silent" !!!!

The new noise is def there, since the graphics card install. Just not a s silent as .... well,... 'silent'!
