cant see how anyone on pc cant say it wasnt pubgs year.it dominated pc.in such a short period of time when many were bored.brought many back to the platform.
call of the wild would be my 2nd choice. being closely involved with the game and wanting it to happen for many years was great thing to see it come out.

As a racing gamer of a certain age my GOTY has to be GT Sport. It just feels like “home”.

Although short, I did like Prey. I also quite liked Evil within 2 although it was a little clunky to control.

Player Unknown's Battleground is the most played game on the OC Discord Voice chat so no surprise here really 
PUBG best multiplayer game MODE of the year maybe.after all its the style of gameplay not the game itself that provides the excitement. As a complete game no chance. Its 1 game mode with 2 maps.
It has been a poor year for pc games (couple of years?) but would you really vote a game as dilluted as PUBG for game of the year?

Exactly, vote for what you enjoyed the most... not what people say you should have enjoyed the most.
Isn't PUBG ruined by Chinese players with hax these days? It's put me off trying it.
GOTY for me was definitely HZD on PS4. PC left me feeling a bit underwhelmed but I've picked up Divinity: Original Sin 2 so will see how it goes. I've been waiting for a decent D&D game since Neverwinter Nights.

It continues to attract more people to the channel each day too. Used to be a few regulars but its booming now.

Really classy game and a great experience for sure. Just not enough of it to be game of the year contender for me.
Interesting that the one primarily mp game on the list is winning.
The problem with comp mp is you will lose interest in great sp games. A mp has totally different characteristics to a sp game...doesn't make sense to me to have them in the same bracket.

It was pubg but too many hackers/cheats so gone back to bf1! still one the best mp games out there. But im really enjoing playing Wolfenstein 2 at the momment. Got ac orgins but cant get into it. So Wolfenstein 2 gets my vote!
