Games you're playing, and games...

Just a few hours left on Days Gone I think
Haha yeah right. That game drags on like tlou2. Never ends then it does with a cliffhanger.

Weathers too nice to play games atm.
Played some man of mean and death stranding.

Completed uncharted because I got nathan drake collection on plus and my save was on showdown lol. Might play .

Riders Republic. Amazing fun! Think Forza Horizon with mountain bikes, snowboards and jetpacks. Massive sandbox and a joy to play. I think I’ll just keep going back to it as a tonic to all the serious single player stuff. SFX turned to 50% music 100%. Love it. From the same people that made Steep.

Just a few hours left on Days Gone I think. Absolutely cracking game. Think I’ll move onto Ghost of Tsushima next. Don’t think I’ve got anything more worthy in my backlog and I have a lot of free time for longer games at the moment.
You're in for a treat with both of these :).
I didn't like Days Gone at first but once you get a bit on in the story the game really opens up.

Really enjoying Death Stranding (Directors Cut) that's on PS+ (PS5 version), did play a little of it on PS4 a while ago but never got into it, i have a few weeks off work recovering from an operation, its really got me hooked picking it up daily, love the freeness of it and the graphics/scenery are fantastic.

Think I'm going to try and complete the Yuffie campaign in FF7 remake next. Platinumed the base game and feel like I need to platinum the DLC before the Crisis Core remake comes out. Will be tricky trying to regain that muscle memory for hard mode (I completed normal mode and levelled to 50 when it came out so I'll be jumping straight into hard mode).

Elden Ring PS5 - I'm completely blown away by this game. I only bought it cheap on FB Marketplace for £25 because I wasn't sure if I'd like it. I never really played any From Soft games in the past either.

But this is one of the best games I've ever played. I have a couple of niggles with it, but they're pretty minor. Overall though, it's simply stunning, the world is ridiculous, beautiful everywhere you look, it's challenging, it makes me uneasy because death could be just round the corner. I'll never forget approaching the entrance to Leyndell, just to come across that Draconic Tree Sentinel. He dunked on me hard. Fantastic game.

Careful it can become an obsession, I have done 5 playthroughs now trying different builds. The problem I had is it's so good that other games seem very average after playing this gem.

I played Elden at release, but had to stop playing because the camera movement was making me feel sick, not played it since. I did read an update made some fixes to camera. I need try it again.

Yeah, I think it'll end up ruining all the run of the mill AAA games for me for the foreseeable future.

+1 Played it for over 300 hours and been playing other games on and off but still looking at Elden Ring just the whole experience was on another level, for me anyway. Nothing is grabbing me at the moment, Stray is out next week so maybe that will give me something to crack on with :D

Mostly playing Car Mechanic Simulator, Sniper Elite 5 and getting back into a bit of Flight Sim. I see MSFS still crashes far too often, so have also reinstalled XP11, waiting for v12 release this month.

Demon Souls PS5, I’m a big Souls fan so surprisingly not getting on with it. Can’t figure out why but it’s not moving the needle.

Gorgeous looking game though.
