Anyway, here we get to the crutch.... there seems to be a suggestion that folk are saying she was deffo not raped, with the other side saying she deffo was, based on things that do not 100% suggest either way.

It seems to me that its mainly one side saying, now hold on! none of that stuff means she was deffo not raped, she still could have been. And it looks like there was a perversion of justice somewhere here, it should have gone to court.

While the other (who have used big misogynistic language) saying deffo crazy woman who wanted it and lied.

It's weird.

Nope, I've not made that claim. I'm stating that you're wrong to say that there is only one clip and that it is the one you described. Please do link to where the Cypriot police have stated there is only one video clip if you're going to try and extend this to me supposedly saying they're wrong too.

There are only two possibilities here: (1) that the clips you claim prove she had consensual group sex are not of her; or (2) that you, ace internet Sleuth Dowie, discovered key evidence in the case overlooked by the Cypriot Police.

Anyway - go for it, what is the basis for your claim?

The other possibility is that the clips distributed are small clips taken from a longer one.

He hasn't sent me a trust message yet, he's just posted a silly screen shot pretending he has... thus me saying send me a trust message and I'll send him the name. Or just ask the mods re: the name... or just use google himself and find the name... he's the one banging on about it. AFAIK she's over 18 and so is the boyfriend... there might be other short clips the Cypriot police had but what has been described in the press isn't in the two that have circulated so far.

No the argument, which has already been presented to you, is that she's made a statement which has seemingly come undone when it has later emerged that some of the apparent suspects had strong alibis and the police had viewed videos of the sexual acts which took place...

In hindsight it looks like they are fake. The room changes colour as does the headboard in the 3 vids. Ive also possibly found out her real name and it doesn't look like the same girl in the video.

You have claimed that the video evidence demonstrates she is lying. How exactly does it do that if doesn't show consensual group sex?

Oh, and you've got it wrong - again - I said that the Cypriot Police confirmed that there was no clip demonstrating consensual group sex (confirmed here by the Defence lawyer). I've also claimed that the only confirmed clip is the one I described. Please post a source if you have another?

No it just seems that he's focused on one clip mentioned by the police and has then made some dubious claim that it is the only one.

Are you going to back up the claim you made - quoted again above...

if you want clarification of something I've posted then use the quote function - this is in part because you're seemingly deliberately conflating different things and making claims I've not made such as supposedly disputing what the Cypriot police have said etc..

Why not back up your claim and or clarify exactly what you're referring to with regards to what I've posted instead of wasting more time with pointless back and forth?

I understood what he said, I'm asking him to back it up instead of wasting further posts... you've then jumped in to seemingly make the same claim and now apparently that was just an explanation... well it's rather pointless. So far @Mr Jack hasn't backed up the claim he made.
