It's on an auction site :-), so currently low but with a few days left to run, what sort of price should I be looking to pay?

I think ive found the one your looking at, id pay around £150 to £170 for the 112v, case and amp.

Thanks, it does certainly look worth that i'm just not sure i'm looking to pay that much for a first guitar (there's a chance i won't get on with learning it, lol)

But i'll bid nearer the end time and see how i get on.

Thanks

How does this work? Did you get sent a magic knob in the post or something that now has an 'acoustic' light up option or something?

The James Tyler JTV-59 is a normal excellent guitar which I use 95% of the time with it's normal pickups that sound similar to a Les Paul.
You then press the magic knob and have access to 37 of the greatest guitars ever made and they are virtually spot on.
Line 6 sound engineers have captured the essence of 5 more famous acoustic guitars which you can upload into the guitar.
There is also a magic knob that can put it into any tuning you want to or you can program your own.

Anyone suggest anywhere to get a relatively cheap acoustic guitar from?

I've been looking at getting into playing the guitar, but at the minute I don't have a massive but to splash out and was looking for something which is good but fairly cheap just to start out with.

Cheers :)

Nice Naffa...always fancied a Cornford, and I almost got a Harlequin when they first came out years ago. Ended up with a Gibson Goldtone instead.

Just built myself a new toy:-

It's based on the Noisy Cricket, half a watt, and either 9v battery or mains powered. Unfortunately I can't hear it's true tone as i've only got the speaker ripped from a smokey amp, or my orange practice amp to go through, but it'll drive pretty much any speaker cab.

It does sound good through the orange though, not bad for about 20 quid in parts :)

Need another LED bezel for the grit switch and some paint.
