GeForce GTX 770 Specifications Leaked, Could Surprise with Pricing

Um without a Titan cooler this is even more of a simple rebrand  GTX 680 GHz Edition - so what's actually changed other than factory OC on the memory?

Nothing apart from a lower price point, same core different name. I was tempted at £350 with a swish cooler, now I'm gonna bag a cheap 670 and and clock it past stock 680/770 performance.

The GTX 680 was over 1GHz stock already ;)

It could be different memory used, with better timings and slightly lower power usage, which could indeed help with performance. - Can someone please let me know if you take the heatsink off or see a review which shows the memory.

Apart from that, yeah, new BIOS and new name most probably.

As much as I take on board what you have said, ocuk must then sell lots of stuff like cables at silly margins?

Last time I looked ocuk made around 15% net profit so average margins must be much bigger????

I mean there are all the running costs of staff and warehouse to come off so I reckon on average you must make around a 30% margin on all items. I suspect cables will be over 100% margin.

Noooooo not this again.

I don't care about their margins - what's the point of this discussion ?
I dont like pricing of a given shop - I purchase from somewhere else.

I agree. Can we just drop the talk of margins from at least one 770 thread?

Also, really intrigued to see the pricing on these. I just bought a nearly-new 680 lightning for £285. Hope I don't live to regret it.

If you want to talk about business, economics etc then please go and create one in GD. This is the graphics card section.

These are up on a rival chain to have a gander at. Not too bad on the pricing, have to admit.

If these prices are too be believed it makes the GTX680 at £329.99+ seem slightly pointless (apart from those wanting one for SLI).

We will have to wait and see what they retail at on here before making any conclusions.

Prices have already been revealed in Denmark - they're listing from £341 to £379 (£379 for MSI GTX 770 2GB Lightning) ! I highly expec UK prices to be the same or even a bit cheaper due to your lower VAT.
