this always happens, I ordered my GTX 670 SC in the first 5 minutes after launch and paid about £60 less than they were about 30 minutes later

The 2 EVGA SC's I just ordered have a different cooler, their own ACX twin fan design. Reminds me of my MSI lightning coolers. Best bit - they cost $10 extra over the BASE 780 and they're clocked at 967/1020 instead of 863/902. For $10, it's hard to complain!

Too loud and hot to offer any advantage over the reference. Wait for a review of the inno3d triple cooler version. It will destroy the windforce in temps and noise levels.

Its funny because of what Nvidia have done with pricing recently I am seeing comments on reviews saying "GTX780 is good value". If they would not have released Titan at £900 recently then everyone would have been shocked at the prices of the 780...

Just seen that myself...... £50 in 10 mins elsewhere. Amazing what a few good reviews can do.....
With regards to value, when you compare the price to the EVGA 680 Classified, it looks pretty good TBH! *Tries to justify purchase to self*

I reckon within a day, or two the cards across the board till be around £599 regardless of brand.
Glad I bought mine when I did - with my cash back just over £500, mines gone up in price already lol.
First time I've gone for a reference design since the 8800GTX, well worth it - not interested in any of the custom cards for a change.

I've noticed this too. Prices have gone up since 2pm.
The EVGA 780 OC I bought earlier today has gone up by £60
They probably had their own prices, saw how everyone else was pricing them, and then increased the prices
