So if I do not pull the trigger on this should I sli my 680 or go 690 ? hmmm the choices.
SLI your 680. Whatever the performance of Titan is it will still be a complete con.

Nobody has mentioned about the unlocked volts either. I can see this clocking up nicely with some decent water/chiller cooling. Remember how the 7970 wasn't great untill you overclock it.
So a thousand pounds for a card that isn't as fast as a £700 one makes it a bargain.
QUICK ORDER FIVE !!!!!!!!11111ONEONEELEVEN.
Give up this anger if you have no intention of buying please Andy. You are ruining this thread now.
Both the price and performance you're stating right now are educated guesses though, which is fine and everything but making judgements upon that is just ludicrous.
Edit: Who knows, Nvidia might even give it relative pricing too, less then a 690, more then a 680...
Lets see what tomorrow brings Andy.
Andy, give it up, you are dragging down what has otherwise been a pretty decent thread.
No no not 10% 10 FPS. Which is about 25-30%. Which is good, but not what people were expecting.
I'm only going on what we have been shown.
Those who are subjective actually weigh up what they have seen. Then you have those who are selective choosing to ignore something because they don't like it.
Funny how all of the people who are/were buying Titan all of a sudden stop believing the rumours because they're not as nice as they were !
Up until yesterday charts were making their way out. They were so convincing that people actually sold their cards in order to buy Titan.
Yet today all of a sudden those charts can't be relied on at all because they show it in a different light.
Really strange that isn't it? and I'm expressing anger just because I decide to believe in today's rumours.
That's my prerogative.
Titan is good every one goes "oooo !"
Titan is bad every one goes "Ahhhh !"
It's no different to any other day man.
Any ideas on how the voltage control is set to work? As what I read earlier was linking power targets and voltages directly to temps, if thats the case wouldn't the card go mental running at subzero, or even at 40c in a loop?
Edit: Who knows, Nvidia might even give it relative pricing too, less then a 690, more then a 680...
