I'm not sure, but reading someone mentioning the Elite AX V2 has a new BIOS interface, that's interesting.Wonder what changes they made to the newer ones?
I've had one from release with no issues. How stable is this board? I'm considering it for my wife's build as the price it's a very nice price (though hoping to grab a sale). I'm looking to pair it with a 7600X and 2x16gb Corsair Vengeance 6000 C36. I was looking at the Asus Prime, partly for aesthetic purposes, but seen a couple horror shows on VRMs with the Prime.
I've had a lot of people talk poorly about Gigabyte boards, but my old Z77 was decent. Haven't had Gigabyte since then though. The Gaming X AX looks good for the moneyI've had one from release with no issues.
Seems like Gigabyte removed all the bios newer than the May 22, 2024 release today.
The latest current bios for download is now:

I also recently noticed only revision 1.5 has support for Ryzen 8000/9000 series cpus but the older revisions did not. I contacted Gigabyte support and they told me Rev. 1.4 lower revisions support Ryzen 7000 series cpus only. Since I'm on Rev. 1.3 I'm SOL for upgrading to future AM5 cpus, so much for the promise of AM5 support until 2027...
I was hoping for a version FD, a stable release. F31b (before they removed it yesterday) had the same AGESA 1.2.0.0a Patch A, wonder what they actually changed.B650 GAMING X AX (rev. 1.3) Support | Motherboard - GIGABYTE Global

Looks like FB2 is new and supports the latest agesa
That's pretty crappy of Gigabyte if Rev. 1.4 and lower will only ever support Ryzen 7000 series CPUs only. Who will ever early adopt Gigabyte motherboards in the future now, if they keep messing around with different revisions every so many months, only for the earlier revisions not to be compatible with newer release CPUs?I also recently noticed only revision 1.5 has support for Ryzen 8000/9000 series cpus but the older revisions did not. Yeah, i think it's more them not updating the website/data sheet rather than the boards. But it's kind of ****** for people trying to work out if a chips actually supported or notThat's pretty crappy of Gigabyte if Rev. 1.4 and lower will only ever support Ryzen 7000 series CPUs only. I noticed the Gigabyte B650E AORUS MASTER, which came out at the same time as the rev. 1.0 B650 does have support for the 9000 series CPUs.
Edit: Just to add, 1.2.0.0a Patch A, is supposed to give support for Ryzen 9000 CPUs, so who knows, maybe the website pages will update in due course . . . ?
