We're just unlucky! or lucky?
If you do get one pray that it is not faulty as it has been hellish going through so many RMA's in such a short period of time . 3 in about 4 months!
 
Hello, ive also been getting a lot of errors in OCCT and as well as Heaven 2.5 noticed artefacts during Bulletstorm during the really intense parts of the game, as well as games have just been frezzing dont know if its cause by the GPU.

Try to get a pic of heaven artefacts. You can record it using afterburner.
It certainly looks like you have a dodgy card. If you can get a short video then that could help confirm our doubts. Have a look at the youtube link i posted about my cards heaven artefacts. It does sound like an RMA

This is a short video of my gtx 480 soc artefacting in crysis 2, random
whitish flashes. noticeable mostly on the underside of the flyover. It has
been compressed for vimeo so the smaller flashes are not really visible.

just having a look now,

actually just ran it myself but strangely they've seemed to stop or atleast i cant see any used to get loads quite strange.

The hotter the card the more likely it is to produce artefacts, or at least
that seems to be true with my card.

I normally get loads more. I just coild never capture them. I usually had black flashes all over the place. Have you got yoir new PSU yet?

I have no idea why it is so blocky. I probably lowered the recording quality by accident.
Most artefacts were around the left. I spotted around 5 flashes IIRC
