yup less stock therefore higher prices

someone asked if I'dgiven up RMA'ing mine - nope - but just not the time- can'tbe bothered to wait 2-4 weeks

currently running 810/2050 with 1.10V core - but temps are fine:)

so fast enough - and still practically 580 speed
 
No suprise there then. I was quick to praise them when my card was replaced, only to find that was faulty too. I wish you the best of luck though, hopefully your replacement will be fine.

I really think that was just bad luck - don't get too hung up on it :)
 
LOL! If they did replace it with that it would probably blow and take the whole PC down with it!

If I'm honest though I'd much rather prefer a refund. I'd like to give that beefy Asus DC II 580 a good run. Even better would be the MSI lightning but they seem to be in very short supply. Not sure if a refund would be possible though as Gigabyte would say you originally bought the card from OcUK and overclockers would say the 580 is not the card that was sold to you.

Well if i had gotten a refund, it would be for a 480 SOC and a 580 is worth more so obviously I won't do that :)
 
they have said i can have a full refund but was happy with that card specs. so if i get money back what can i get that is that good with £240 i might be able to put some more money to it maybe £100
