Currently using a corsair H115i.
Overclocked my 6700k to 4.7. With our current warmer weather, Around 30 degrees idle and 75 after stress testing

cool, and how did you find the cable management on it?
do you need to use the usb header? or at least keep it connected ?
H110i GT with Noctua PWM 14cm fans. At 4.6 idles at 30C and Max is 62C

1.340V mate. I could probably fine tune it down a bit even more but as its stable and reasonably cool ive left it alone....

Sounds like you have a good CPU there
Have you tweaked any other voltages like load calibration and stuff or just the Vcore?

no mate I just left everything else on auto. I set the FCLK to 1000 and also the CPU cache ratio to 47.
I think your right mate, it does seem a decent chip. To be honest I could try for 4.8 or 4.9 but as its so comfortable at the moment I think ill just leave it be.
I posted my XTU screen shot on one of the previous pages for comparison.

Can you not control the fans for the cooler via the bios ?
Yes you can, but apparently the implementation is not great. Hence I have just left them at default in the BIOS and just use a Windows utility to control them. With the Noctuas they are virtually silent up to 50C/1000 rpm.
The enthoo primo also helps...14 fans in total

OK my case the evolv atx has a closed lid so which way round will be the best way to have the fans on top of the rad or below ?
The H110i GT fans are connected to the pump as normal and LINK controls them.
Im fairly sure somethings wrong with the old girl as the temps just creep up and up slowly almost like it cant get rid of the heat fast enough.
The pump according to LINK is spinning and obviously so are the fans.
The pump you can set to quiet or performance mode and its still struggling.
Even my idle temps are higher than they should be.
I do have alternative coolers to use.

Seems complex and others have different setups with power and such. I might just use my h50 from current rig. Seems more straight fwd !
I RMA'd my H110i GT when I first bought it because the pump was 'clicking.' Their service is pretty awesome and they pick the old one up too!
