Glastonbury Thread...

well everyone ive seen up to yet have been mediocre except pendulum. they raised the bar for me(after this performance) and have now got from sort of chavy to a decent standard not quite prodigy but not far off.

watching franz ferdi now and im not impressed just need jim morrison for a doors concert lol.

Thought this boss was more like an intern tbh. Not impressed and seemed pretty weak.

Pedndulum were the best for me. Just wish the BBC gave them a dedicated HD feed rather than talking to that silly bint in shakrilla or running around talking to hippies,

I thought Kasabian sounded great, was impressed by White Lies to, didn't think his voice would stand up in festival environment.

On another note, why do the BBC think we want to listen to general chit chat while we can hear awesome bands in the background on main stage, just show us the damn music!

I've been to Pendulum live, and I can say it was one of the best nights of my life, and i've seen a fair few bands, including quite a few large ones.

They are generally fairly cheap at about £20, I would pay that price again without even thinking about it to see them.

get a grip on reality springsteen was immense for 2.5 hours not one or two songs :)

Those damn flags are so annoying, there're more and more of them every year, wonder how long before they are banned, you can't see a thing from the back!

Gah, was enjoying Blur.... and then they take a break "at the request of the band" and show some rubbish tinpot band instead.

Nice one, Blur... yeah, you wanna keep some things for those fans going to see you in London, well, not all of us are gonna be there so we miss out. Can't help but feeling this has nothing to do with "keeping things special for the fans" and keeping the paying punters coming - even if they'd still sell out irrespectively.

What the Beeb showed of the Pendulum set looked absolutely amazing, I saw their 'Live at Brixton' DVD the other week and that wasn't too sad either! I'm looking forward to seeing what Prodigy, not heard/seen any off their new tracks live yet
