Rich_L's Guide to being Alpha

hand on hip, hand on hip, hand on hip, hand on...

I disagree. The light brush at the beginning might be get-away-able, but too much of that sort of contact on the first date, which usually means just a bit, will sour things because it's a classic 'move'.

Women are more wise to 'moves' then most men realise, and they don't like them. They like contact brought about by genuine affection and warmth. They generally do not like to feel hunted. Does a deer like to feel stalked before it gets a bullet in its brain? No, and nor does a woman like to feel like prey.

This bit of knowledge I offer to you is not based just on my observations; it's based on discussions I've had with several women about how they like their first dates to go/not to go.

But were not talking about him firing bullets through her brain........ OH WAIT...

Did he go out with a loaded gun?

being macho but vulnrable in equal amounts is a decent start, but only if it comes naturaly.
Ultimately be yourself and then if it doesnt work out you arnt wasting your/her time.

Well not being 18 i have different ideas, maybe he is wineing and dineing her, or maybe is is stood in a bus shelter waiting for the last bus :D .
