Prints that off for later although it'll have to be some role playing with the Mrs :p
Haha, don't forget the *bow-chicka-wow-wow* music and dimmed lights that come on in your house when you snap your fingers :p

last time i snapped my fingers I got slapped .. might have had something to do with asking for a beer whilst footie is on!

Which site did you use out of curiosity?

match.com

Seemed OK. Was recommended by a member on here - well he recommended udate - but they are both linked so I went for match.com.

Well thanks for the advice - I'll be leaving a lot of it on here, as some of the ideas are not going to increase my chances.. :D

Not long to go now, see how it goes - make good eye contact, be myself, stay chill'd and hope it goes well.... I've just had my hair done to make a good impression, nothing worse then a scuffy mop (erm and keep the other hair comments out this thread.. ) dress smart, clean myself up and here goes nothing.

worse, I come off a fool and I don't see her again, best we hit it off and its the start of something great... :)

Absolutely! Good luck and have fun, dating new people is awesome, more fun than being in a relationship for some ;) :D

Just go, be yourself and have a laugh. Don't stress about anything just go with the flow and see what happens. If the date goes bad, who cares. If it develops into something more then happy days.

At least you tried though a, no matter how it turns out. Just enjoy the experience & have fun.
Best of Luck.

Good luck fella :D

I ended up using one of them dating sites after being single for about 16 months, met someone now. Still single, not looking for a relationship with her, but we have our fun times together, so all in all, a bonus! haha

What if she seems normal at first, but you don't hit it off so you halt contact with her, but a couple of weeks later you start getting flooded by calls, texts, emails etc from her. You call her to ask her to stop but all she says is "same my name b*tch", this continues over a period of a couple of months, by which time you feel it a good idea to tell the police, who find nothing wrong. Then the next night your asleep in bed to wake up to this weird pain in your groyne, you open your eyes and she's standing there above you with a hatchet in one hand and your knackers in the other.

Has that happened to you?

Single for 279 months and counting, I win... or rather, lose.

I don't know, after the first six months of a relationship I either wish I was single or going out with someone else.

If I'm single I love the first six months and then wish I had a girlfriend. I'm unpleasable.
