Spieth has been fluctuating, drops a couple of shots, zeroes in and focuses and takes them back. Amazing for someone so young.

Well he deserved the win.

Apparently Tiger held back as he was concerned if he played his best and ran away with it one of the cops on security duty would shoot him in the back.

Hello all! Quick question. Has anyone heard of or used the Pin Seekerz app? I think its pretty new and wondered what people thought about it.

Its an app that you can track your scores on and it ranks you against players around the world taking h'cap into consideration etc.

Anybody had clubs lengthened by as little as 1/2"? I've recently got back into Golf (and I do mean very recently) and am struggling to hit the ball with a pitching wedge and topping a fair number of shots. Have since checked a few charts and it seems I'm in need of a club that's 1/2" longer then usual. Seems a fairly insignificant change for a fairly significant cost to a renewed-beginner but if it's hampering my game I want to sort it.

I was a fairly decent player six years ago and just picking up the clubs for the first time now and dreading the state I'll be in :p

Playing a par 3 tomorrow as my iron play was always my weakest element then playing a round next Friday, should be interesting :D

Well I shot 18 over on the par 3, it wasn't pretty but I've identified my problems. My range has improved drastically but with that my accuracy has gone off a cliff, i couldn't hit the damn thing straight. I was hitting the greens (or thereabouts) in 1 most holes but my putting was horrific, only twice the whole round I managed to put in 1, mostly it was two with a half dozen 3 putts chucked in.

Getting another round in next Monday so really need to work on my putting and if I can combine my new found range with some blinking accuracy I'll be laughing!

My bro-in-law had his irons extended, was only £3 each and helped him loads. Only issue will be if your grips are old they might need replacing.
