nipped out this morning and played a handful of holes, hit a decent drive in the end. i just don't get why i keep falling into a out to in club path after getting it right for a bit. Has anyone tried the TRS slider and found that helps?
I have always struggled with an over the top swing, and it has always come from two things. Swinging to hard and turning the left shoulder/hips to fast...
Quite hard to explain but the harder I swing the more I want to turn with the driver, but doing that make your left shoulder goes left and club extend out to the right, coming over the top..
The master explains it better. Rory says if he's trying to smash it, he feels like he right hip points the ball, my feel for this is my back being turned longer facing away from the fairway...
It creates a inside path because you swing under (tuck the right elbow a little) and swing up and out...
