Golf Thread

Out early this morning for a round, got wet for the first 9 holes but it dried up for the second half

There must have been some issues with rain overnight as the course flipped the 9's, so we started on the 10th and I had the worst possible start.....drive straight down the middle, a 7i to the green and I left the eagle putt short but tapped in for birdie

The rest of that 9 went rapidly downhill after that start in the wind and rain as I just found bunker after bunker, snap hooked a tee shot OB and then didn't quite have enough to cover the water

The second half of the round was a bit better but it was a tough day on the course overall
 
He's making it so hard on himself. He's got away with it all week because his short game is immaculate.

And the lead is one......

Cam Young getting some breaks today, 3 times now gone into the trees and its bounced back onto the fairway.

Rory needs a good couple of Par 5s coming up to get going again as he's having a bit of a wobble currently
 
Rory in the woods again. His driving has been terrible all week and its getting worse. Caddie needs to take the big stick away from him
 
Pressure getting to everyone on this back 9 apart from Burns who is going along nicely. Young too though he has had some look and also been in the water.

Lowry in the water now

Edit, Rose too, forgot about him, nothing flashy but no big errors

What a rollercoaster, he's back in the lead. He's such a confidence player. Especially with his driver.
