or putt... double at 4

Another snotter at 5. It's slipping away very very quickly.

[Superpatsy]

Hoping Rose can take it this year.

Massive fan of his!

[iGiDK]

Would love to see Rose win this

[MR_Punk]

How good was the shot from Rose out of the pine straw?

[JamesH85]

McIlroy on a Resurgence!

[JamesH85]

How good was the shot from Rose out of the pine straw?

It was unbelievable, exactly the same as Rory's last year, just a fade instead of the draw.

[Stumble Bum]

All looking good for Rory again.

[Trusty]

That was important for McIlroy it seems. Nice cushion with 3

[el_dazza]

It's Rory, it's not going to be simple

I said after that shot it seems fated for him to win. Just thought of Mickleson and Watson in the years they won with their ridiculous shots from the pike straw.

[scarps]

Back 9 been a bit of a let down. Nothing really happening

C'mon Rory - at the bar of my club with all the action on the big screen and probably on my 20th Archers & lemonade.

Gonna have a sore head tomorrow!

[JamesH85]

One last fairway needed, c'mon Rory!

[Trusty]

That's epic. Great job

[That Jekka Gal]

YEEHA!!

wonnerful stuff. Well done Rory - you've done us proud.

[Josh]

An even more exclusive club he’s joined, great effort Rors.

[JamesH85]

What a player. One of the greatest European players ever!

[chrismscotland]

Fantastic to see Rory get his 2nd, wouldn't mind seeing him get another Open this year too

[booyaka]

Congrats to Rory - makes it ""entertaining" for sure - that drive at the last could have gone anywhere....

[MR_Punk]

Very happy to see Rory win but I was really hoping it was Rose' year!
