What sort of extra freedoms does it give you? Anything you dislike coming from ios?

If I want to download something and use it on the device, I can. It's pretty much that simple. I quite miss TouchID and the fact that its doesn't autocorrect to it's on the stock keyboard. The camera isn't quite as good although it could be me using it badly. There's not much I dislike about android and if there is, I can change it easily. Its like coming home tbh after being in a clinically clean hospital.

Edit: Spoke to Moto about the static and they say they'll replace it, it happens when I take a picture and the phone also rebooted when I was taking photos although it behaved after that.

Hey - does anyone know if there are any hardware differences with the Nexus 6?

Wondering if I can flash the USA T-Mobile factory image onto my phone (for WiFi calling support).

Cheers,

Su

I'm going to buy the nexus 6 from the German Amazon site. Will this be the international version and work with EE UK sim card and get 3g and 4g?

Also what is the available memory of the stock 64gb?

I think I went through Motorola support. Whole thing took around 2 weeks from sending to getting back. Maybe a couple of days less.

I have 03339 997 550 as a number, but I think I had to log it with Motorola first.

Thanks, was hoping it would be done quicker than that to be honest. oh well...

I get it now and then, if you go to settings/apps/google music and clear data it seems to get mine working again. Annoying though.

Thanks for the tip, I'm using Zplayer now which has always been smooth as silk for me.

On my old android phones I could play iTunes downloaded music, can we not do that anymore? Not the DRM free stuff but normal tracks.

Perhaps a dodgy one from eBay can turn it around in 4 or 5 days, but you pay over £200 and can't be sure of the quality of work.

I'd probably consider selling it and buying a new one for £375 from the link above, by the time i've paid £200 for a screen.

Luckily my wife just got a N6, so i can use her old S5 while it's gone.
