Any thoughts on pricing? I'd be quite keen on this. Considering a Z3 or possible jump to an iPhone 6, but if this is priced nicely I might go for it.

650usd (I assume the 32GB model)
Most things sold over here now seem to get converted by just replacing the dollar sign with a pound sign! Call it £600 I'm thinking.

looks better then stock android.

big lol at that....

i bet you love bloatware on the pc as well? 15 toolbars installed on your browser ???

nothing confirmed, it is widely speculated that it will be on par or a tad less than the Z3 / Note 4 and cheaper than the Iphone6

I don't know why Google don't launch their phones when they have plenty of stock in hand.
What's the point of these constant rugby scrums? Just grinds peoples gears.
Pre order notifications are being sold on Ebay US for $1400.

Could the delay or limited supply be down to Motorola?
They might not have the capacity or their agreement with Google could be that Moto's own phones take priority over the Nexus line?

I wouldn't be surprised if that is what Lenova agreed when they bought Moto from Google....

Just my 2pence

I doubt it IMO - Motorola need all the success they can get at the moment. And I think the overall sales on the N6 will be small in the general scheme of things. I also think they just started production late.

I can't make up my mind which colour to get.

I actually don't mind the midnight blue frame colour and think it goes well with the dark colour. Some people are saying that fingerprints/grease easily shows up on the back of the phone, which puts me off. There are some photos on one of the hands-on previews that suggests this. Also if I were to change the backing with DBrand skin, my options might be more limited with a blue frame.

The white is more tempting as fingerprints will be less visible. I'm concerned the white might get stained or lose its colour, but I think I could just get a DBrand skin to go on the back if that happens. With a more neutral frame colour, this makes it easier to colour match.

I'm still not sure if I would fit a case over the whole thing or use a bumper case, etc.

What are everyone's thoughts on the colours, and what will you get?

White here for sure. Blue reminds me of the awful GS3 blue. Blue frame looks awful. Why couldn't they just have a gunmetal frame and dark grey back!

I have enjoyed owning the white backed Nexus 5. It shows no fingerprints and still looks excellent. I will likely go with the white colour option on the Nexus 6 again.

As mentioned in an earlier post, Google has an embargo on full reviews of the Nexus 6 until 12 November (I assume that is timed for the release date at the US carriers's website and stores---ATT, Verizon, Sprint and T Mob US) so I expect the issue of fingerprints sticking to the back of the midnight blue colour will be amply discussed before you need to decide.

That's the main reason I didn't buy the Note 4 in the end

likewise. its a shame they insist on crippling such amazing hardware with terrible looking software... unless touchwiz is considered very appealing in the Asian market I really don't understand why they take the route they do.
my note 3 will be the last Samsung phone I purchase until touchwiz is considerably overhauled and snipped down.

Really not sure which colour to get. If I were to keep the phone naked I'd probably go for blue, but the back showing up fingerprints easily would be a bit annoying. Quite like the white, but would that get dirty/stain easily?

Tempted to go for white and then put a dbrand skin on it to protect against scratches. The silver bezel would look better than the blue with a matt black skin, which would also match the black front quite nicely. Probably swaying towards white with skin atm.

£600, wow. I thought the Nexus used to be priced competitively.

EDIT - just seen it's closer to £400. That's better.
