If you're gonna keep the phone for over 3 years it may aswell be the better one.I'm debating whether I should just save some money and get the Pixel 7 Pro to replace my OnePlus 7 Pro.

Curved screen? YepP7 Pro has the bevelled screen, hasn't it? I see it's £641 on the big site.
Yeah I don't like curved at all. A lot of the newer devices seem to be going back to flat, I wonder why when the trend was curved?Curved screen? Yep
It's more expensive and pointless. The gimmick was a seller at first but I don't think anyone is buying phones to get curved screens now, in fact the oppositeYeah I don't like curved at all. A lot of the newer devices seem to be going back to flat, I wonder why when the trend was curved?
Isn't the 8 pro going to have a flat screen?I will probably be tempted to get the 8 due to the flat screen. That should mean we can apply a screen protector with more ease like in the old days
If the 8 Pro is a flat screen it'll sell it to me over the 7 Pro.Isn't the 8 pro going to have a flat screen?
8 pro will be flat.If the 8 Pro is a flat screen it'll sell it to me over the 7 Pro.
Though to be fair I haven't used a screen protector for years.

No need to use a screen protector with Gorilla Glass protection.I've never used one to be fair. I often go bareback but have relented over that years and got a case.
No need to use a screen protector with Gorilla Glass protection.
Agreed. But also it takes away from the screen slightly too. A case is as far as I go.
My p5 phone screen has tones of scratchs on it...No need to use a screen protector with Gorilla Glass protection.
My p5 phone screen has tones of scratchs on it...
Me neither. I won't use a screen protector as they are just awful in comparison to the silky feel of gorilla glass, however, gorilla glass can still scratch.Mine too, but I never see them when I'm using the phone.
cases for p3 and p5 were the best.I really like the Google first party cases.
