Not rested a recent Qualcomm phone to compare but id hope it's a whole lot cooler.

The standard 9 is the smallest one, I assume there'll be a 9a at some point which is generally a touch smaller again but probably won't be out until mid next year.

Edit: turns out the 9 and the non xl 9 pro are both the same size

The 8 Pro isn't a small phone if that's an important thing. It's basically the same size as the XL 9

I didn't actually read it properly. Thought it was the 9. The wife has had my old Poco F3 which isn't small. So if the 9 is around that size or smaller, that will do.

I lost my 8pro and bought a 8a. I miss the zoom but apart from that I don't miss the pro. It's quite nice actually, it's changed my attitudes towards phones.
