The worry is will it be discounted within months like Samsung do?
Really? The S7E has been out a while and is still like £500+ no?
And I don't think the Pixel will get discounted, they are trying to keep it super premium.

Have you seen one in the flesh? a lot of people are saying it's very different to how it looks in photos / videos
Problem, for me, is it doesn't look premium. Doesn't look as good as the iPhone or the S7 (edge).
Yes I have one. The build quality is no better than a OP3. And the design is on par with something like a Moto G.
Just to add some context - the Note 7 looked and felt like a £700 phone, the iPhone and Pixel, feels like OP3 levels i.e. £3-400.
Wow! specsavers for you my lad.The OP3 isn't in the same league.

Having used front and back I like back expect when its at a desk. For everything else it just feels better. my finger naturally rests there, were as I have to stretch my thumb for a front finger print scanner then move my thumb back for the touch screen.
Thumb is natural for me. Can't say I've ever stretched it.
I have watched your unboxing video and thought it quite good in fact.
But I make money from unboxings and reviews. The earlier I get the video out the better chance I have of it being 'big'. Waiting to Monday could cost me income...
I have no idea what I'm going to use the £50 Google play credit on! Have no need whatsoever!
It'll last me a few years![]()

I know I'm a bit late to the finger print scanner debate and the problem when your phones sat on the desk. If you've got Google assist set up then "ok, Google" solves that problem very nicely.
