But you he got a refund in the first place, so should be happy really.

Well, not entirely. If you went into a shop with 'product X' that is being recalled. They don't have an alternative to 'product X' but they say, "no problem, we'll give you a refund"

That's not great, surely? If there was an alternative to Product X, not so bad, but there isn't.

I get that it was only store credit to begin with, but we've bought other things since that could have used the store credit on and would have saved actual £££. To no force the purchase of something you don't want and wouldn't have normally bought, isn't great customer service.

They didn't have to refund at all really.
 
Can't trust Google with anything, shame for people that enjoyed it, but it was DOA.

Surprised they refunded but I guess they thought they'd rather take a financial hit than another PR one.

My refund was issued 3 days ago but it didnt go through ..something to do with payment method but it was all up to date so no idea whats going on,i spoke to support and they said wait until Jan18th for payment.

Got my refund. I gave up using stadia about a year ago as my internet connection is too jittery and it lagged badly. When I was in London it was great. Not bad of google to give the refunds
 
I fired it up last night, a shame its going as was having a blast with playing Dirt 5, ahead before its time i think.
 
I played a few games last night to say farewell.

Shame really sometimes i thought i was the only one who thought it was really really good. Perfect for my casual play.

'Finished' Cyberpunk last night. Really enjoy the 25 hours I put into it.
Same for Doom and AC Origins.
Play some other games and enjoy all of them.
It was pretty much DoA as you can't just half-ass a service that like that and expect it to flourish.
