I’ve been in contact with the shop and they said there’s 180+ waiting on these and they had a pallet on the 13th but that wasn’t enough to fulfill all customers and they said not sure when they’re getting the next batch so I think we’re gonna be waiting months tbh mate

Yeah I didn't expect it to be quick, but when you hear of someone ordering and getting it dispatched the next day you have to wonder why?

I can confirm it definitely happened. He ordered last Thursday, shipping notification within 24 hours, was delivered Monday. Not great for you guys still waiting.

@NikTheSHNIK any ideas why this has happened?

What’s the queue system for these?

Can you look into how this can happen? Surely all stock received should be dispatched to people in order of when they ordered it?

And this is just the one we know of, how many others have done similar?

I would also appreciate a response to this, the website still says 'eta 30th January' for pre-orders so i feel especially sorry for anyone who orders today and thinks they may get it in less than 2 weeks. I personally fully expect my order to be with me in the next couple of weeks and i will be shocked and very disappointed if Overclockers know they cant fulfill my order as advertised and are keeping us in the dark. I know things get delayed or have stock issues but i am always shocked how a lot of companies forget that good communication can help dampen any frustration.
 
I ordered mine about 2 weeks ago and am coming to the realization that this isn't going to come anytime soon. I accept that its unlikely to be 10 days time, but are back orders likely to be cleared before February end for example? Has anyone else heard if stock back log is 180+, as I will likely get something else if so.

Placed a pre-order a couple of days ago thinking I should get it by the end of the month... then I stumbled across this thread. Oh no :(
 
As far as I'm aware we are fulfilling in date order.

I've just had a look and it has only happened on 4 occasions out of 500 orders that haven't shipped in date order so it will just be isolated incidents of sales or warehouse getting trigger happy. 1 of them was because they had ordered a new system with it and we will have had to ship them all together.

Mistakes unfortunately will happen. but 99% have been fulfilled in date order.

No more updates currentl;y on eta for next batch. Hoping to get some more info today.

So pre-ordering it now means not getting it on the 31st right?
 
I was tempted back end of September,
Bought a different monitor and from somewhere with stock.
Been enjoying 4 5 months of use while this no stock has rolled on and on.
Wise move for me for a change.
 
Just ahd word we've got a small amount coming in at the end of February.

Won't be enough for even a quarter of the pre-orders we have and we are being given half of all the stock coming into the UK apparently.

Sorry for the delays but hopefully supply will pick up in March.

Thanks for the update Nick. I really dont want to cancel the pre-order but also really dont want to wait another couple of months. Is there anyway ( with you stating that its not guaranteed ) that you could at least give us a very rough order date that the small amount would cover up to? If my order doesn't make the cut i would be tempted to hang onto my preorder if i knew i was close to the batch you would get after that one. I think everyone here needs an update like that, especially if its possible we may now be in the dark for a month.
