Thanks - any idea what the cut-off was to get January stock? I ordered on 19 December and my current monitor is getting a bit temperamental...

Heard today we'll be getting a pallet of these this month so not enough to fulfill all pre-orders unfortunately.

Judging by box size, And assuming 3 layers per pallet, Im judging around 24. I'll look forwards to seeing how wrong I am

Great news! As i assume any orders you cant complete may have to wait quite a while for your next batch .... i would be extremely grateful if you were able to give a rough estimate up to what order date this shipment will cover. i ordered mine of the 21st December so it would be nice to know my chances.

Thanks man. More info to add for everyone else, a friend ordered the monitor yesterday and got a shipping notification this morning, so I would suspect that all back-orders have now been fulfilled. I wait 2 months, he waits a day. Typical.

I think that it's just a shame that this monitor suffers from this won't-wake-from-sleep issue. Seems to be a common problem across multiple LG monitors (from sn internet search on the matter). Only way I found to sort it, so far, is to power-cycle it (by a plug pull-out).
The issue only started for me after I upgraded the FW to get the 160Hz overclock capability (and Im using a new DP cable handling the32Gb/s) I'd roll back the firmware if I knew how.
My current attempt to deal with it is to turn off all sleep options on the PC, including screen. It just bugs me

I have a constant wierd problem with my 27GN950 : when my computer is not used for a moment it should activate the screensaver indefinitely (power saving desactivated in the screen and performance mode max in Windows 10 with no screen switch-off after a period of inactivity : so it should not / can't switch-off).
However, quite often, when I come back to my computer after say 10-30mns the screen is black and does not come back (I should have the screensaver instead), I have to hit the power button of the screen to have an image again, even if I move the mouse it does not come back.
Precision : I have the latest firmware but already had the issue with the former one ...
