**GOT AN EVGA GRAPHICS RELATED QUESTION OR NEED SUPPORT - ASK HERE!!**

Prime 95 will test your CPU and system RAM, not the graphics card
set it to blend to start with and click ok

if you want to get fancy and know how much RAM you have and how many cores / threads your CPU is then you can put it on Custom, set the number of threads equal to your CPU and the memory to use to 90% of the amount of RAM you have

let it run for 15 minutes and if you get no errors on that then it would indicate your CPU and system memory are fine

I ran Prime95 for 15mins on the blend settings and got these results:-

Self-test 448K passed!
Self-test 448K passed!
Self-test 448K passed!
Self-test 448K passed!
Self-test 448K passed!
Self-test 448K passed!
Self-test 448K passed!
Self-test 448K passed!

So I guess that would indicate that all is fine, unless I am missing something :)

Hi Dominik,
Received the replacement Titan Friday, the new card is great. No issues in games and it clocks very well. :D

Really appreciate your understanding and help to resolve this issue. I will make it a point from now on if possible to buy EVGA because of your excellent customer service and support.

Many thanks

Andrew

Hi EVGAdominik,

Have an issue with my 480SC which was an RMA for a 295ftw, the 295 was bought in August 2009 and the 480 was issued February 2011.

I have submitted a support ticket detailing what the problem is however I'm under the assumption the original 10 year warranty applies from the 295? As that would mean if the card is faulty then you would still replace.

Can you check on this please?

Cheers

Ryan

Can we ask mobo related questions in here, or just GPUs? I have a query about a board-related item but not sure if you deal with that side of things as well, I could just do with someone taking a look into it as I've not heard from support in a while now.

Hi

Please post it on here and either Dom or I will come back to you. Alternatively you can email Dom and I. [email protected] and [email protected]

Ben

Dom actually did reply to two of my emails last month, I'll post here and if need be I'll email directly later.
Basically, I enquired as to whether I could buy two 1366 heatsink backplates for an SR-2 motherboard - the push-pin ones, I already have the Xeon backplates. He said that was fine, I would just have to pay 13EUR for shipping, which I paid on the 6th of March. Since then, I haven't heard anything, and the backplates haven't arrived. I sent another email to support on the 27th of March but haven't had a reply, so I'm just wondering where they might be and when I might expect to see them.

Hello Captain, I did not find those mails, can you resend them with the transaction ID of the payment to me [email protected] and to Ben [email protected] in case I do not receive it to take a look at this, then I can send the plates straight away.

Thanks, I've sent an email to both addresses with a link to this thread and the Paypal transaction ID.

Hi there.
I was wondering if EVGA can tell me what size thermal pads are applied to the stock GTX 690 heatsink? It's either 0.5mm or 1mm.

As always, many thanks.
