You are ignoring my original point that NVidia have increased the price in the UK and Europe, this is not the actions of a vendor trying to shift excess stock to make room for a newer architecture.
How exactly have I ignored it? I just addressed the pricing discrepancy, and commented about the non-US market pricing variations. Since when would they be trying to shift excess stock anyhow, with this sorts of card, they know the market for it and make as many as they need, adjusting production based on demand of volume globally. It's not like the other GPU's they make and sell to AIB's etc, this is all controlled internally so over supply is going to be non-existent in the first place.
I stand by my comment, the price increase is meaningless until the USD price shifts upwards.
