Weird. I’m at over 200 hours with GT7 and that’s never happened to me. Not very helpful sorry!

Indeed. If it were a hot day and I'd been playing for hours I'd have assumed it was over heating. But its a cooler time of year and I'd barely been playing a couple of minutes the first time the game stopped. I checked for both PS5 and game updates but, as I thought with the PS5 being not even a week old, there was nothing. I checked the logs for system errors but there was nothing there. If it weren't for the fact that the game instantly let me re-load it and I could resume the game I would have thought it was crashing. It was almost like I was pressing something on the controller to escape the game but I was pressing the gas/brake buttons and the left steering stick. Nothing else.

Played it today for over 30 minutes without issues. Finished off the Music Rally challenges then the Japanese compact car challenge and did a few licence challenges. No crashes at all. Weird. Why was it OK today but kept crashing on Saturday?!

Okay. So the gt one is an absolute joy to drive. And that noise from the engine..I thought nothing would top the 787b. But this just sounds freaking angry. It’s amazing for 2.5mil. Go grab it !

What car do people recommend for the World Touring Car 600 championship? I've tried a Ford GT and a Renault Cio. I can win the first race at the A1 Ring but I can't even get top 3 at Suzuka. In the current attempt I end up 6th at Suzuka so I have to outscore the championship leader by 3 points at Dragon Trail and he's in 3rd in the race before I gave up.

Got there in the end. Did better today with Dragon Trail than I did last time. Ended up 3rd in the championship and thought I'd have to repeat it to get 1st but I forgot top 3 gets you the car. I screwed up in thinking I was racing the wrong person (avatar) and came in 2 places ahead of them only to realise the person I really was racing finished ahead of me by 6 points. Still ended up 3rd so no biggy. Next up is the World Touring Car 700. Game recommends Lambo Huracan Gr 4, which I don't have so either I buy it for 300k or I use something else to save money.

Haven't played in a while, so powered up the PS4 and updated everything then proceeded to purchase a Volvo 240 and the V40 T5.

Upgraded the V40 to 400 hp and race suspension, brakes etc. and its a REALLY good little car, not the highest top end but it seems to be such a composed chassis. was a shed ton of fun around the Ring!

I'm still jumping on this a few times a week, mostly just to get the daily reward/spin and do some Sport Mode races and time trials.

Had a crack at the Porsche/Nurburgring time trial last night and I'm ~2 seconds off a gold. I can definitely do it but putting the full lap together is a real pain!

The 2mil credits are easily achieved with practice but i couldn't be bothered with the porsche nordschleife. done the Tsukuba with civic, i got about .5sec in hand to 3%.that do me

I'm a horribly frustrating 0.3s off gold on the Nordschleife time trail. Managed that on Sunday and sat down after dinner last night thinking I'd crack it but couldn't get anywhere close. About to have one last go, will be very annoyed if I miss out on the top prize.

Got gold on Tsukuba easily enough although I haven't checked whether my time is still good enough.

Had another go at the Nurburgring time trial and managed to get a gold at last. Set a 7:41.733 which should see me with a safe 2 million credits! Not a perfect lap but happy to just get the gold at this point!

The Tsukuba time trial in the Civic only took me a few laps. Set a 1:12.317. I think I could do a sub 1:12 if I really needed to.
