*** Grand Theft Auto IV - MODS & TWEAKS ***

Haven't tried the textures... Do they hurt performance? I also realised I have a sharpening filter on in the enb which is also giving me some form of AA, which is why those screens don't look too bad.

If people are still interested in my config ill get it put together and uploaded at the weekend, spent all night tonight messing and playing.

I'd imagine the textures would only really hurt video memory with a slight hit or maybe more n FPS. I'm not too sure how it works, does anybody here know?

Yeah if you can upload your config and stuff that would be deadly! Good man

The ultimate textures gave me better peformance along with an enb, used to get random fps hits driving through the city and i get none at all now

Hmm. Weird. Maybe their better coded or more optimised? I haven't a clue how it's worked. I can't wait to have it all up and running, no way GTA 5 can look as good. All I know is the 16gb for GTA and the 4gb for textures will take me 48 hours or more to download!

More optimised, it changes all the road textures etc, they don't look higher res but the new textures give an overall better look

Can anyone help me out, Im using the Icenhancer mod 1.25 and I cannot get it to look quite as good as the screenshots im seeing!?

The mod looks good, I have tried to change some of the config settings but I still cant get it right....daytime looks slightly to bright and fog is crazy white....to the point you can barely see anything!

The mod looks most impressive at night, hopefully some simple changes will fix the problem?

You need the modified Xlive.dll in your GTAIV root directory.

If you downloaded the 1.25 package, they should have come with it..

I thought I would try out the video editor in game, works pretty well, want to make a longer video now. Going to upload the same video via the game's default settings for comparison if I can get one of the clips to load.

Looking good, you on 1070 patch or 1040? In 1040 I can't get the video editor to work

Running EFLC, so not sure if that is either but I have read it's closer to 1070.

probs an annoying noob question but my computer struggles with most/all enb presets i see around the net. I want to turn AA off to give me a frps boost but can't find it anywhere in the enb config settings (well i find several references to it, not sure which is right one). Can someone copy and paste the relevent setting i need to change so I can CTRL F it in notepad?

The only setting is Forceantialiasing near the top of the config, make sure it =false and the aliasing setting somewhere below antistrophy is on '1'.

Another way is to install an SMAA or FXAA injector separately from the Enb cause it can be turned off at the touch of a button
