Yes, but later on you get to kill (most) of them (the annoying ones at least ).
Without getting fanboyish, I'll happily say that SA was the best game I ever played wince Mario World on the SNES. I loved every minute of it.
Ditto. All the GTA games have been about a rise to riches, so the background story of a ghetto "kid" rising to the top was the ideal setting for the series.
Vice City was just Scarface. Which isn't even a very good movie. :/
Also, how can you dislike the idea of SA but like the idea of IV, a Polish immigrant commiting crime as soon as he arrives in the country. Its like an England-Simulator.
Dan Houser is a brilliant video game writer, taking into account aspects and ideas from all the great films from the genres and he's just gotten better with every release.
